Do you crave FRESH GREENS during the cold winter months as much as we do?? Then this Share's for YOU!
Our Winter Greens Share is packed in a third-bushel box (same size box as our Small Vegetable Share) containing a simple variety of 3 or 4 different greens each week, for all of your salad, smoothie, and stir-fry needs!
Your share will include a combination of our own winter greenhouse and field greens; no other veggies in this one... just GREENS! Think arugula, mesclun, cress, spinach, cabbage, escarole, radicchio, head lettuce, baby bac choi, Swiss chard, winter kale, mustard greens... YUM!
As more New England farmers are stepping up their game with year-round greens production, we're excited to support and participate in a regional effort to build farming models which are both climate resilient and season-extending — and to be able to share the harvest with you!
Week of Nov. 29, 2027 through week of Feb. 28, 2028, with a holiday break the weeks of Dec. 20 and 27.
