Thank you for your order, and for your support of Siena Farms!

Your transaction has been completed, and a receipt of your payment has been emailed to you with transaction details. If you checked out through your Paypal account, you can also log in to view your transaction details.  The credit card you used today will be charged the same amount monthly, on this date each month, for your ongoing subscription. You can pause or cancel your monthly payments at anytime by simply emailing us at office@sienafarms.com. Please contact your HR team for details on how to submit your monthly payment receipts for reimbursement.
